The Improved Batcher has many improvements in the 2008 model. Servo driven Interposer allows precise positioning of the stroke of the interposers. Stroke length adjustments are made on a touch screen. The Pivoting infeed conveyor option section exposes the interposers for relocating for different product widths. The batcher is capable of receiving one or two shingled sheet streams, batch and deliver them as neatly jogged vertical stacks. Options include Chipboard Inserter.

NEW Rotary Guillotine
Knife Cartridge.
The cross cut knife will closely replicate the standard of cut quality achieved with a guillotine cutter by means of synchronized top and bottom knives cutting on an eccentric travel with a shearing action. The cartridge will achieve a vertical cross cut with an angle of 90 degrees from vertical.

NEW Sheeter / Combination Pin-less Folder is a modular, servo driven, unit designed to be used in-line with web presses and on off-line finishing systems. It also has an automatic registration control feature where the cut point is synchronized to a registration point on the web. The folder is capable of cross folding and chopfolding individually cut sheets from the sheeter to produce four (4) page parallel fold and eight (8) page signatures.
