Card Inserters
The Card-Sert System is designed to attach or blow-in (depending on application) cards, envelopes, coupons and pre-prints to one web if glued-on or between two webs if blown-in. Production speeds of up to 80,000 cards per hour to meet most press applications. It can be installed on web presses, inline finishing systems and offline systems.
Several models are available to handle the following card production requirements.
- Cards produced fan folded style with _ inch spaced feed line holes.
- Cards produced fan folded without feed line holes.
- Cards produced on rolls without cross perforations and line holes.
