Chip Board Inserter and Insert/ Cover Feeder
The Chip Board Inserter is designed to interface with the AGE Batcher or the AGE High Pile Stacker with the Batching Module. Its function is to insert a board at intervals in a stack or insert a board on the bottom and or top of a batched product. It will deliver boards up to three streams depending on web width requirements.
The Insert/ Cover Feeders are used with AGE Collating Batch Conveyor systems to feed additional inserts, cover sheets, and boards to complete fully assembled batched packets to deliver into a shrink wrap system or paper wrapping system. The feeders can be supplied to deliver up to three streams each depending on web width requirements.
