Pattern Die Cutters
The Multiple Size Pattern Die Cutter is designed as a modular unit to be used inline with most presses and finishing systems on its own stand alone base. The die cutter is capable of cutting single thickness or multiple thickness webs and maintains an accurate registration. The two cylinder design consists of a hardened backup cylinder and a magnetic plate cylinder which is mounted in air operated throw-off eccentrics with micrometer adjustment for accurate depth of cut adjustment. The unit is available in press driven and electronic servo driven models to meet most press and offline system requirements.
