Pattern Gluers
The Multiple Size Pattern Gluer is designed to give versatility for applying various viscous materials onto a continuous web in predetermined patterns. It is of flexographic design using a flexible plate image carrier; anilox roll and an enclosed fountain roll distribution system with recirculating glue pump. The pattern gluer applies adhesives, scratch off, micro burst fragrances and varnish coatings. This unit can be supplied as a belt or line shaft driven unit, or in an electronic servo driven unit to meet most press requirements.
