Plow Folder
The Unitized Rotary Plow Folder is designed to plow fold a single web prior to a sheeter. It plow folds the webs in either the "Up or Down" configuration, in line with the web travel. It is available in 1, 2, 3 or 4 station models. Standard models and custom designs for any press or offline finishing system can be configured to fold a variety of formats such as: 4-Page, 6-Page, Z-Fold, C-Fold, W-Fold, Double Gate, Self Mailer, Double Envelope, 6-Page with Envelope, Envelope with Tab Insert, Multipage, Bindery Envelope Insert, Envelope with 2-Panels, Envelope with 3-Panels, and more. Optional attachments for inline slitting, creasing, and perforating can be provided at various locations in the folder as required. Cantilever models with mini-plows available for label press applications.
