Sheet Batchers
The Batcher is designed as a modular unit to be used inline with presses and offline finishing systems. It is capable of receiving shingled sheet stream(s), batch and deliver them as neatly jogged vertical stacks. The Batcher consists of an infeed section, batching area and a delivery conveyor. The unit is portable and can be used on any press sheeter with a minimum of make ready time. Standard batcher model has count capability from 50 to 2000 sheets. An optional Chip Board Inserter is available to insert boards at intervals in the batched pile(s) or insert a board on the bottom and or top of the batched pile(s). The 25 set count models have dual interposer assemblies to allow for faster production speeds when running sets of 25 count.
