Sheet Bump Turn
The Sheet Bump Turn is designed as a modular unit to receive individual sheets and transport the sheets 90 degrees in a flat and accurate condition. It is capable of handling paper and films of all types and from very thin to thick stocks. A unique nip wheel system allows for a fast and accurate transfer of sheets 90 degrees perpendicular to the line of travel. The wide range of sheet width, length and material handling capabilities with little set up adjustments required, provides for a very versatile addition to processing and finishing lines such as inspection, personalization, marking, imprinting, and labeling. It can be provided in a mechanical line drive version or electronic self driven version.
