Sheeters
The Electronic Drive Sheeter is designed as a modular unit to be used inline with presses and offline finishing systems. The sheeter is capable of cutting single thickness or multiple thickness webs and maintains an accurate cutting registration of + or - .0075 inches at speeds to 1200 ft./min. The sheeter is outfitted with an electronic line shaft drive system with (2) axes of motion, the draw axis and the knife axis. It also has an automatic registration control feature where the cut point is synchronized to a registration point on the web. The smooth delivery of the cut sheets is achieved by the vacuum assisted delivery belts and the rotary assisted air knockdowns.
The Multiple Size Sheeter is designed as a mechanical driven modular unit to be used inline with most presses and finishing systems. The sheeter is capable of cutting single thickness or multiple thickness webs and maintains an accurate cutting registration. Gearing can be easily changed for variable press repeat sizes.
