Vacuum Table
The Vacuum Table is designed as a modular unit to receive individual sheets and transport the sheets in a flat and accurate condition. It is capable of handling paper and films of all types and from very thin to thick stocks. Independent chambers with slide valves control the vacuum across the entire belt width to accommodate the width of the sheets. Driven infeed belts aide in flattening the sheet prior to placement on the vacuum belt. The wide range of sheet width, length and material handling capabilities with little set up adjustments required, provides for a very versatile addition to processing and finishing lines such as inspection, personalization, marking, imprinting, and labeling. It can be provided in a mechanical line drive version or electronic self driven version.
